KIDstuff Start-Up / WEEK 1

Hmmm….complete surrender = peace and joy. You do not see the word ‘easy’ ;)

You all know Joshua 1:9 ‘Be strong and courageous’….back it up to Joshua 1:7

‘Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. Do not let the Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Have I not commanded you? ….Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.’

Something else holding my heart and soul this week….the parable of the talents. ‘…well done good and faithful servant’. Not good and flashy; not even good and fruitful…but good and faithful. That’s all He is asking of us..to be ‘good and faithful’ with what He has entrusted to us. And the focus is not to produce a quality show, but that each step brings Him glory, as we humbly work (hard) together! :)

I cannot be afraid of the risk, when I am putting my God-given talents into motion. It’s a personal God-given investment; I can’t risk letting it go to waste! When He comes back…for His standing ovation!
