Our mission trip with ORPHANetwork was amazing. It was a total growth experience. I can’t explain it other than to say I felt so close to God that week. I felt like we were drinking directly from His hand. I truly saw God there in the faces of the people we met, in the Pastor, the Associate Pastor and his wife, in the teens who have their own “Frontline” type service on Sunday nights, in the team members who went on the trip, and in the homes that we were able to visit. God was always with us, and we could feel it.

If you have EVER remotely thought about going on a mission trip… I strongly encourage you to go. I myself would love to make an annual trip to Bluefields, Nicaragua, to fellowship with my brothers and sisters there. It’s amazing to know and see that the same God that we have here in our lives and in our community is the very same God that exists everywhere. It really does show us how big HE is and how small we are… but how He desires for us to be in community and in fellowship with each other. We were meant to be a community, a body, THE body, the embodiment of Christ loving each other, supporting each other and being there for each other. I’m honored and blessed to be a part.
