Are you ready for Creation? Have you read over October already? If you haven’t, you need to dive in soon. The creation unit we started in October continues this month.

The Bible says in Genesis 1:31: “God saw all that he had made and it was very good.” Not only did God make EVERYTHING, but everything He made was VERY good. The trees are good. The animals are good. The vegetables are good. That one is hard for preschoolers sometimes. Most importantly, YOU are good. God made you, and you are very good. An amazing truth to tuck deep into the heart of every preschooler; God made me, and God makes good things.

Download this month’s song, “Creation Musical” from www.amberskyrecords.com. Ask your preschooler to show the hand motions he has learned. Worship with children as they use their whole bodies to learn the days of creation in order. You don’t have to be able to sing in order to experience this song with children. Let the full mix play, and be as crazy as you can while sharing the joy of God’s creation with your preschoolers.

If you haven’t already, take a few minutes to look at “Creation Investigation” TOOL available from your Small Group Leader. There are some amazing activities in there that we are continuing on into November. This great take home activity will continue the investigation of God’s creation at home while engaging you, the parents, in the fun.

Our team will be praying for you to have moments filled with wonder as you give preschoolers a “first look” at the God who loves them, made them, and wants to be their friend forever.
